Truly unique but extremely helpful is the array of plastic food showcased outside of many restaurants in Okinawa.

Conveniently, this plastic food is highly detailed...see that green circular vege on top of the pasta...eater beware! That is Goya, a much loved (by the locals!) Okinawan vegetable that is way waaaay to bitter for most Americans.

Joshy and Rebecca's boys eagerly looking for something to eat for lunch...how about some seaweed soup with tofu cubes in it? Delish!
